Welcome to Bingo Tours. These Terms of Service govern your access and use of our website bingotours.ae, our chauffeurs, vehicles, and all transportation services provided by us.

By booking, requesting, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms.

1️⃣ Service Overview

Bingo Tours provides chauffeured transportation services in the UAE, including:

Airport Transfers
City Tours
Intercity Travel
VIP & Corporate Transport
Event & Wedding Transfers
Private Driver and Luxury Car Services

All services are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.

2️⃣ Booking & Payment

Full payment is required to secure a reservation.
Accepted payment: Online, bank transfer, cash, WhatsApp, or at our office.
Prices may vary based on distance, duration, vehicle type, and seasonal demand.
Additional charges apply for extra hours, waiting time, toll gates, or special requests.

3️⃣ Cancellation & Modification

All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
Free modifications can be made up to 96 hours before service time, subject to availability.
If approved, booking credit must be used within 1 months from date of issue.
No-show or last-minute cancellation forfeits the full amount.

Ensure passenger behavior respects vehicle safety and cleanliness.
Be ready on time at pickup location.

Damage or excessive cleaning caused by passengers will be charged accordingly.

5️⃣ Chauffeur & Safety

All drivers are licensed professionals as per RTA UAE regulations.
Vehicles are maintained to UAE safety and luxury standards.
Seat belts must be worn at all times.
The chauffeur reserves the right to refuse service in case of harmful behavior, illegal activity, or intoxication.

6️⃣ Airport Transfers

Waiting time includes 60 minutes free for airport pickup after landing time.
Extra waiting time may incur additional charges.
Customers must share flight details to ensure timely arrival.

7️⃣ Privacy & Data Usage

We protect all customer data in compliance with UAE standards.
Information is used only for service delivery, booking communication, and customer support.

8️⃣ Liability Disclaimer

Bingo Tours shall not be liable for:

Delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, or external factors
